How much do you charge for shipping?

Every NZ order comes with complimentary shipping. 

How long will it take for my jewellery to arrive?

Every Vienna piece is with care, love and extreme attention to detail. That being said, all "in stock" items will be dispatched ASAP - reaching you in 1-4 days, Nationwide. Because of the intricacies of our production process, expect to receive custom orders between 2 and 4 weeks after placing your order. Rest assured we work hard to get your order to you as promptly as possible. 

What shipping service do you use?

We send all of our items through NZ Post's priority express postal system. When your jewellery is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information.  

Do I need to sign for my package when it arrives?

Because of the high value nature of our products, all orders require an adult signature for delivery. If we miss you, our couriers will leave a friendly note to let you know how to schedule a re-delivery.

Do you offer Returns & Exchanges?

We want you to love your jewellery from us. Because of this, we offer free size changes and returns up to 14 days after delivery. Simply reach out to us through our contact pages, and we'll find the best solution for you. For more information, check out our "No Love Lost Guarantee".

How do I know which size to order?

We have a number of tools to help you find the perfect fit. Check out two at-home methods here. Alternatively, we can ship a ring sizer out to you for free - simply reach out using the contact form on our Contact Us page.

What if I order the wrong size?

We have a 14 Day Fit Guarantee! If you're not happy with your size, simply reach out within 14 days and we'll exchange it for a different size - free of charge!

MATERIALS & PRODUCTION

Where is your jewellery made?

Every piece from Vienna is produced entirely in New Zealand. Once designed, our fine jewellery starts life in Auckland, where we work closely with our friends at Morris & Watson - a local source of all things shiny (precious metals mostly..). Your future heirlooms are then carefully inspected to make sure they are worthy of the wearer. These memories in the making are then transported up North to Whangarei. Here, our team polishes them to a brilliant shine and adds that extra sparkle by setting diamonds if required. Finally, our team in Auckland lovingly pack and ship your perfected pieces - hand-signing and validating your authenticity card.

Are your Diamonds Conflict Free?

Yes. Our diamonds are lab grown and therefore conflict free. Lab grown diamonds are identical to natural diamonds in every way. The only difference being that they were manufactured in a safe, sustainable way - grown in a lab rather than mined. If we were to use natural diamonds, we would be incentivising the brutal mistreatment of miners and the ravaging of our natural resources through illegal diamond mining. We refuse to indulge such an industry. You can wear a Vienna diamond with pride.

What are the Specifications of your Diamonds?

Our lab grown diamonds are VS1 in clarity and colourless (D). We source them from a reputable and trusted laboratory in Asia - verified regularly for safe working conditions and fair pay since its inception in 2015.

JEWELLERY CARE

How should I Care for my Jewellery?

Our solid gold pieces can be cleaned safely with all jewellery cleaners - even soap and water! With silver items we recommend a gentler approach - a few drops of dish-washing liquid, warm water and a soft toothbrush should help to get dirt out of tricky places.
